This August, Morrgul is supporting nine Aboriginal businesses from regional Western Australia to showcase their capabilities and connect with potential clients, buyers and industry partners at Supply Nation Connect 2026, taking place at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on 11–12 August 2026.
As one of Australia’s leading events connecting Aboriginal businesses with government and industry, Connect 2026 provides a valuable opportunity for businesses to promote their products and services, build new relationships and explore potential markets and procurement opportunities.
Over recent months, the Morrgul team has worked closely with each participating business to coordinate and manage their preparation for Connect 2026 from start to finish. This has included coordinating event registrations, travel and accommodation arrangements and managing the logistics required to attend the event. The team has also supported each business with the development and production of marketing materials, branding, booth preparation, business cards, flyers, pull-up banners and other promotional resources to ensure they are well presented and ready to engage with potential clients and partners.
For many Aboriginal businesses based outside the city, distance, travel and associated costs can make it challenging to participate in major industry events like Connect. That’s why we’re particularly excited to see regional and remote Aboriginal businesses represented at an event of this scale. It’s an opportunity to showcase the incredible capability that exists across WA, build new connections and create opportunities that can have a lasting impact for businesses and communities.
The initiative is supported through joint funding from the Department of Treasury and Finance and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, helping regional and remote Aboriginal businesses access opportunities that can contribute to their continued growth and development.

Morrgul acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country, the Aboriginal people of the many lands that we work on and their language groups throughout Western Australia and recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters. We respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of our regions, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
