Meet the Team: Antonella Franceschi (“Anto”) – Business Development Manager

Anto has always been passionate about the world of business. This passion inspired her to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering in her home country of Argentina, and later a Master’s Degree in Big Data.
Since moving to Australia, Anto has lived and worked in remote areas, including East Arnhem Land and the Dampier Peninsula, an experience that deepened her understanding of different cultures and broadened her perspective.
In 2024, Anto joined Morrgul as an Administrative Assistant. Her passion for supporting business growth, coupled with an ability to learn quickly, soon led to a promotion to Business Development Manager. Here she focuses all her efforts on helping clients unlock the full potential of their businesses.

Her academic background, combined with her strong skills in numbers and data analysis, equips Anto with a unique skill set in her role at Morrgul. She enjoys developing clear ways to present information, like budgets, data tables and dashboards, and uses this to help businesses with budgeting, tender applications, business plans and other growth strategies. With a strategic mindset and analytical approach, she develops tailored solutions that help businesses overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. And she does this at a speed that makes the energiser bunny look sedentary!
Anto was ‘discovered’ working at a coffee cart outside the Broome cemetery. She soon joined the team, saying that it was an opportunity to die for! 😜😜
