Here we are, at the end of our Meet the Team series, and last but definitely not least, we’re proud to introduce Patrick, CEO of Morrgul and a key driving force behind our work supporting Aboriginal businesses and organisations across regional and remote Western Australia.

A proud Nyikina man born and raised in Derby, Patrick brings strong leadership grounded in cultural knowledge, community connection and lived experience. His approach is deeply community-focused, with a genuine commitment to empowering people and organisations to achieve long-term economic independence and success.

He brings extensive experience across the retail sector, having held several senior leadership roles within a large national organisation. His background spans human resources, operations, buying and strategic projects focused on stock control, labour efficiencies and procurement. This broad skill set underpins his ability to support clients with practical, commercially sound solutions. Outside of work, Patrick also supports his wife Jane in managing her business.

As CEO, Patrick leads Morrgul’s strategic direction while championing Aboriginal economic development and helping create sustainable opportunities for the communities and organisations we work alongside.

He works closely with clients, stakeholders and communities across Western Australia. Whether he’s in the Broome or Perth office, or travelling to regional and remote locations, Patrick remains closely connected to the people Morrgul supports and the challenges they face.

Known for his practical and collaborative approach, Patrick works alongside clients to deliver tailored solutions that are both culturally appropriate and commercially sound. His ability to build trusted relationships, combined with his hands-on leadership style, helps deliver outcomes that are meaningful, sustainable and grounded in real-world experience.
