As representatives of the Indigenous business community, Morrgul led a spotlight session at the 2026 Aboriginal Engagement forum hosted by WALGA.
Held in Perth, this important forum brought together First Nations leaders, Local Government and industry to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships and drive meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
This yearβs theme, βπΎππππ‘πππππ ππ€ππ ππππππππ¦ | πΈππππ€ππππππ‘ ππ π΄ππ‘πππβ, focused on building employment, business and leadership pathways, and strengthening Aboriginal representation across the sector.
Morrgul was honoured to contribute to these conversations and continue supporting the growth of Aboriginal businesses and supply chains across regional WA.
Morrgul invited Jeremy Manning, owner of Mannoβs Machinery & Civil, to present alongside us, where we shared insights into our work across the sector and the importance of building strong, sustainable pathways for Aboriginal businesses.
It was also a great opportunity to have an open conversation with Jeremy about his journey, the growth of his business and the experiences that have shaped his success.
Thank you for the invitation, and a big thank you to Jeremy for being part of this conversation and sharing his story!

Morrgul acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country, the Aboriginal people of the many lands that we work on and their language groups throughout Western Australia and recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters. We respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of our regions, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
