Joint Ventures: Working Together to Win Bigger Work!

Starting and growing a business can be exciting, but also challenging and sometimes overwhelming. Many Aboriginal businesses work hard every day, but big tenders can require skills, capacity or resources that one business alone may not have.

That’s where a Joint Venture (JV) can help.

A JV is an agreement between two or more businesses to combine strengths, work together and deliver a specific project.

Here are 𝟯 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 to help you decide if a Joint Venture is right for your business:

Make sure the other business shares similar values, work standards and goals. Look at their track record and reputation. Trust and good communication are essential for a successful JV.
