The Aboriginal Business Capability Building Program helps Aboriginal businesses grow and succeed through tailored, one-on-one mentoring.
The support is free and available to Aboriginal people in business, whether starting out or already established.
The program covers key business areas including governance and compliance, pricing and profitability, marketing, tendering, contracts and insurance, joint ventures, and business growth. Each participant receives a customised action plan focused on their specific goals and needs.
