Developed in partnership with the WA Department of Finance, Morrgul’s free online Aboriginal Business Capability Program teaches you how to write tenders and gives you tips and tricks to make your bid stand out.

You can do it all in one hit, or work through at your own pace, returning to where you left off at any time. Your downtime will rapidly become valuable time!
